Confidence, to me, is the boldness to embrace risks in life without fretting over the outcomes. It’s the assurance that whatever challenges arise, you possess the capability to navigate through them with grace.

That’s what confidence really is. But you see, confidence isn’t just a feeling on its own. It’s actually a result of something much deeper. Confidence comes from having an unwavering belief and trust in yourself. It’s a strength inside you that nothing in the world can shake or break you.

So, the courage to take risks in life actually comes from having this strong belief, this deep trust in oneself. When you have that level of trust in yourself, your readiness to take risks in life or to tackle anything will naturally grow.

What is trust? Relaxation and comfort. Why? Because when you trust somebody, you naturally move into the state of relaxation and comfort, knowing that no matter what happens, they’ve got your back. The same goes for trusting yourself.

If you trust yourself that much, you’ll naturally feel relaxed and comfortable, just knowing deep down that no matter what comes your way, you’ve got it covered.

Now, you can fake confidence up to a certain level by acting in ways that seem confident. But if you don’t genuinely work on building that trust and belief within yourself, you’re not going to be able to sustain that confidence for a very long time. Also, you’re not going to fully embody it.

So, instead of pretending to be confident, you can focus on cultivating the root cause of it: strong trust and belief in yourself. This way, confidence will naturally emerge as a beautiful outcome.
